Victorian Pubs has a range of different pub venues throughout the state.  They required a site to promote the venues and their function capabilities.  The site needed to allow customers to view the different venues and complete function bookings with ease.  

itsimple developed a custom management system that Vic Pubs staff and individual pub managers can use to view bookings per venue, reference customer data and collect feedback via surveys after a function has been completed. This also allows Vic Pubs management to understand the number of bookings that a venue is receiving and if booking enquiries are being followed through.

The development of the back-end was combined with a public site that provides each venue with a profile page.  These pages use bespoke icons to give an easy overview of the different facilities available, as well as featuring Google Maps, photo galleries and venue contact information.  Users are also able to enquire about bookings directly from these venue pages.  These enquiries link directly to the functions calendar in the back-end and start the booking process.

A mobile optimised version was also created that gives users a simple overview of what Vic Pubs does as well as allowing easy access to a full venue list and enquiry form. itsimple is currently working with Vic Pubs on creating separate sites for all of their venues, and is advising on  their online marketing strategies.
